Accuracy guarantee
If we miss a checkable issue we should have caught, your analysis is on us. When our system fails to flag a submission-readiness issue it should have detected within its stated scope, we refund the fee you paid for that analysis.
This is a promise about the quality of our review — not a promise that your permit will be approved. It is refund-only and scope-limited, and it is described in full below.
What the guarantee covers
A refund of the analysis fee if we miss one of these:
- A required document our checklist should have flagged as missing
- A contractor license we should have detected as expired or invalid
- A checkable submission-readiness item within our stated scope that we failed to flag
What it does not cover
The guarantee never covers:
- Permit approval or any Miami-Dade County decision
- Consequential, indirect, or business losses (delays, carrying costs, lost profit)
- Document content validity, signature validity, or notarization
- Code compliance and formal plan review
- Issues outside the analysis’s stated scope
How to claim a refund
The process is deliberately simple, and scoped to the terms below.

Email us within 30 days
Send a note to support@miamipermitai.com within 30 days of learning the issue was missed (and no later than 90 days after your analysis).

Include your analysis and the missed item
Tell us your analysis ID (or the email on the account) and identify the checkable item you believe we should have flagged — for example, the required document or the license status the county called out.

We review against the stated scope
We confirm the item was a checkable submission-readiness issue within the analysis’s stated scope that our system should have detected and did not.

We refund the analysis fee
If it qualifies, we refund the fee paid for that analysis to your original payment method. That refund is the full extent of the remedy.
The full terms
Covers the analysis fee only. If our system fails to flag a checkable submission-readiness issue it should have detected within its stated scope (for example, a missing required document or an expired license), we refund the fee paid for that analysis.
Limited to a refund of the fee paid. The guarantee does not cover permit approval, county decisions, or any consequential or indirect damages, and it does not cover issues outside the stated scope — including document content validity, signature validity, code compliance, and plan review.
Total liability is limited to the fee paid. Our total liability under this guarantee for any analysis is capped at the amount you paid for that analysis (currently $300 for a single analysis, or the pro-rated fee attributable to the analysis under a subscription). Free previews carry no fee and therefore no refund.
The readiness disclaimer still applies. MiamiPermitAI is a pre-submission readiness analysis, not a guarantee that your permit will be approved. This guarantee and that disclaimer coexist: one promises the quality of our review, the other makes clear we do not control county decisions.
